It was very speedy and smooth and very transparent as to what I needed to do
We were continuously kept in the loop about the process. Our phone calls were always answered. The only reason we did not close on time was because the VA appraiser did not get to the house in time. The request for the appraiser was submitted over a month from Jon and the appraiser was just too busy.
Put off refinancing my home for so long. It was so easy and I loved the convenience of all the electronic uploads and updates. Should’ve done it sooner.
Everthing was explained to us and all question were answered.
