You escrow department are unwilling, not capable or just incompetent to use the documents and make the correct adjustment. I just closed Oct 2021 plus a Disable Veteran who is exempted from taxes all taxes. All the required documents was provided now the escrow department paid something not required if only if they reviewed the documents provided.
