I’m writing this review because I’m very upset and frustrated with how our loan has been handled so far. We were supposed to close our house on Friday, February 18. On Thursday morning, the title company sent an email concerned that our lender had not sent the title company the documents to review. They attempted to contact Paul Fryer several times the day prior, but he never responded. PennyMac was already servicing my loan, so for them to do the refi was significantly easier and less time consuming than to go through another company. Overall great experience!
Pennymac made the process of refinancing effortless and quick.
Well when we closed we were given a particular date to close and we ended up closing sooner than expected. We ended up paying a whole month's mortgage for no reason. The agent we did the final closing paperwork kind of made me feel like an idiot for wasting all that money. Said I shouldn't have paid last month. We had been instructed to do so. Money is tight these days.
