Very courteous and gave me fast answers to all my questions and closing was pretty fast....
I paid $600 down for an appraisal, which was later waived, and never revied any info on what happened to my money. I was not refunded, nor even recognized, after my inquiry with melina woods. Also, the loan was inconveniently set to close one day after my previous mortgage payment to pennymac was required, forcing me to make a final payment on my old loan just before moving on from it. Other than the roughly $1800 that I feel were unnecessary payments that I was forced to engage in, everything else was pretty smooth.
The whole process of refinancing my mortgage went extremely smooth. I managed to achieve my goals for the new mortgage and feel like everyone who helped were very qualified to navigate the complicated world of mortgages. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.
