Austin did a great job. He was very professional as was the other members of the team i dealt with. There is a lot of confusion involved with this type of transaction, and I didn't have a complete understanding always. Also, I was encouraged to shop for lower rates and was told PennyMac would compete with those rates. That didn't happen, but still an overall great experience with your team. Great experience
Would have been nice to not had to send the same documents multiple times. I understand when things expire but they should not have expired in the first place if the loan process did not take so long. Communication could have been better
