I called and got the same answeres to my question 2 weeks in a row. Each time i was told I am almost done........then said again. Duplicate documents were requested After i sent them in.

Austin did a great job. He was very professional as was the other members of the team i dealt with. There is a lot of confusion involved with this type of transaction, and I didn't have a complete understanding always. Also, I was encouraged to shop for lower rates and was told PennyMac would compete with those rates. That didn't happen, but still an overall great experience with your team. Would have been nice to not had to send the same documents multiple times. I understand when things expire but they should not have expired in the first place if the loan process did not take so long. Communication could have been better

honestly i was scared with the way loan process went on, during the process several times i felt i selected a bad choice (picking Pennymac among available options), terrible experience. i dont even know if i am going to get approved or not till the last min.
