Polina was pleasant and professional
The deed needed to be changed and wasn't until long after closing and we did not receive a copy of final papers, signed until long after closing and only at our request. Also our tax bill was not paid on time, but we were glad the fine was absorbed by Pennymac. We just hope this will not affect our credit ratings!

Everything was outstanding - from beginning to close; except I shredded the check when closing by accident and I still have yet to receive the reissued check from the Escrow company!
Communication was pretty good I guess I thought it would be a bit quicker and I sent multiple documents more than once but the service was friendly and it got handled so I’m pleased.
From beginning to end I was informed and quickly brought up to date with clear and precise communication. All individuals involved with the process were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. My experience was fantastic. PennyMac refinance team went over and beyond with the customer service. John Paider was the reason I stuck with PennyMac. The analysts (possibly John’s supervisor?) we’re mired down in a state of confusion at all times. John held things together. He answered his phone at all hours and was extremely patient. I have been involved in finance for 40 years because I own a manufacturing company. Heavy duty financing, not personal mortgages. Even though a lot of the Penny Mac analysis was Micky Mouse, John kept things on track until the deal closed. Hang on to that guy. Mike Stolzman
