The closing was quick and prompt. Everything was great during a very stressful time in my life. The only negative that I have is the original loan amount communicated to me was lower than the final loan amount.

There’s an automated documents request system that is used and it contradicts what has actually been submitted. On several occasions, I had already submitted requested documents but then was sent an automated email asking for them to be submitted. It caused some confusion during the process.
Tara was friendly and knowledgeable about the entire process. I felt comfortable like I was part of her family. She smoothed out issues that I had with my realtor. She was amazing and felt at ease every time I talked to her. Incredible job Tara, thank you so much.
Jon's way of communicating made you feel like he was smarter than you and he was the only one that knew how things needed to be done. Could definitely work on listening to the needs of the customer (me) instead of just telling me how it needed to be done. Sometimes when working with a builder it's not always as simple and easy as Jon felt it should've been. A refinance took over three months to complete. We were not introduced to Elyccia until we were over half way through the process. The lengthy process was frustrating. We chose to refine with our existing mortgage company because we thought it would be a quicker streamlined process. I had to request escalating our loan to management a couple of times in an attempt to move the process along.
