Paul was great. The rest of the team once it switched from Paul wasn’t the best. It took multiple times to get them to correct documents and they weren’t always the most responsive. If I could have dealt with Paul through the whole process I think it would have been a lot smoother.
Done. All settled.
Great people working for Penny Mac
A refinance took over three months to complete. We were not introduced to Elyccia until we were over half way through the process. The lengthy process was frustrating. We chose to refine with our existing mortgage company because we thought it would be a quicker streamlined process. I had to request escalating our loan to management a couple of times in an attempt to move the process along.
Outstanding support and service! I could not imagine a more professional organization!
