Great Experience.
Everything was outstanding - from beginning to close; except I shredded the check when closing by accident and I still have yet to receive the reissued check from the Escrow company!

I was told I was getting money back, but at closing, I was asked to pay for the taxes (I already sent out on my own because I wasn't informed of this). Thye had to cancel the closing and reschedule for a few days later. the next person who came for the closing was not given the updated papers and we had to cancel that closing too. I had a difficult time getting answers and getting in touch with Mr. Woodie after this. I did have someone else help me and the third time, the loan finally closed.
Took awhile to understand what was needed. The instruction were not very clear. Software was not very informing.
The convenience of doing everything from home ;)
