When the date was coming closer is I was the one making multiple call to get us over the finish line. I would submit the same documents multiple times. When it came to my appraisal all was said to me was that it wasn’t submitted yet. So I did some research of own to find out who the appraisers were and called them to find out they made a mistake. Jon scheduled a weekly touch base with me just to check in--even if there really wasn't anything new. If there was movement or a request, he would reach out to me and not hold for the weekly meeting. Communication was excellent.
