I felt like there was quite a bit of miscommunication within the loan department.
The people I dealt with were very professional and honest. What they explained to me should happen and they were exactly how it was explained.

Sandi was great, my first penny mac team wasnt that great and when Sandi got on our team it was the best experience we could ask for.
Re-financing my loan with PennyMac was easy and painless. Jason Nosser called me regularly every week with updates on the process. It took almost 3 months, but I believe that was mostly due to documents that were required from another bank. All in all, it was a user-friendly process and Jason was great at keeping me informed.
A faster more streamlined process. Less request for the same document more than once and better communication.

All agents were helpful and very pleasant to deal with. A couple of the forms requested were requested by different people therefore more than 1 request was received. The overall experience was good.
