Kyle told me on the day that we set my closing date, that my monthly payment was going to be less than what it was on the closing document by 30 dollars, and also told me that I would be receiving 2000 dollars back at closing which was not the case either when closing came around. I called Kyle while at the closing table to figure out what was going on and he says he was instructed to give an estimate with those numbers. I found the entire process to be straight forward and stress free. My team member Christine Tucker was very professional, patient and helpful throughout the entire process. Our only "glitch" was not having a witness show up with the attorney for closing. The attorney just followed us to our local bank, where a loan officer served as the witness. Other than that, the process was unexpectedly easy - thanks for all!
