Very kind, professional, and sincere.
Everyone at pennymac, that handled the process of refinancing my home were kind, very patient with all my questions, every step was explained to me, all questions answered. I had a very personal experience w the members of my team. I wish them all well.
Paul checked in weekly to let us know how things were progressing and to see if we had questions it was very reassuring.
Do not keep changing the loan parameters from what was originally offered.
I really enjoyed working with Kiera Haynes. She explained to me every step of the process and was very helpful. If I could pick someone to work with while making transactions with pennymac I would pick Kiera every time.
