Easy process and it’s saving me money
Jessica fixed the mess of a closing that i originally given. She listened to me, others were not listening and she was able to fix what was broken. Thank you!
Good experience
There were a few closing documents that were not what I expected, such as an assignment of rents document and a title document that I would have liked to have explained in advance. There was no one available to talk to me during closing when I called to ask questions and the people who answered the phone had no idea how to answer. That was very frustrating. At the time of closing, there should be someone familiar with the account available to answer questions.
Kiera was awesome and her insightful answers saved me.from making mistakes that would have cost us a lot of time. Everyone I dealt with at Penny Mac was nice to talk to, professional, and knowledgeable. The entire process was quick, painless, and saved me a good deal of money. I am very grateful.
It was a God send I can't work anymore so my whole disability check played the morage my wife had to add 100 dollars. Now with lower percentage and mirage payment lowered I can save money which helped us a lot. Thank you all. And God bless.
