Mr. Tim Snow was my initial contact. He spent several hours on the phone with me FIRST understanding my needs and goals for refinancing, the working through multiple scenarios (numbers) to accomplish them. He clearly communicated his hand-off to other PennyMac team members and what to expect for next steps. Mr. Nick Hagan communicated with me weekly, clearly stating the process was moving along as expected and no action was needed from me. Refi closed EARLY and we completed the signing at home!

I was very pleased with Pennymac. This is the first time I ever had to do something of this magnitude on my own. The people I dealt with were very pleasant and cooperative. My loan officer had more information than Penny Mac Team. Mac Team info was delayed and requesting documents that is already uploaded.
