Mr. Tim Snow was my initial contact. He spent several hours on the phone with me FIRST understanding my needs and goals for refinancing, the working through multiple scenarios (numbers) to accomplish them. He clearly communicated his hand-off to other PennyMac team members and what to expect for next steps. Mr. Nick Hagan communicated with me weekly, clearly stating the process was moving along as expected and no action was needed from me. Refi closed EARLY and we completed the signing at home!

The whole process from my initial call to the closing was easy and stress free. Everything was explained and communication was easy. I was updated on a regular basis. Could not have been better. I highly recommend PennyMac.

My loan officer had more information than Penny Mac Team. Mac Team info was delayed and requesting documents that is already uploaded.
