Communication during the process was minimal. Emails went unanswered, the same documents were requested multiple times after they were submitted, and I did not receive any communication about closing documents. The only individual who contacted me about closing was the notary. The process took far longer than I anticipated and was given no indication as to why.
Everyone I spoke with and ended up working were wonderful! All my questions were answered quickly and concisely. The process couldn't have been easier.
Nathan was wonderful. He helped us every step of the way.
