Easiest refi I have ever done.
Nathan did an outstanding job. If he works as hard for everyone as he did for me. Give that man a raise! All my family and everyone I know, that are getting ready to buy or refinance. Are getting his phone number.
Nathan was very congenial, helpful, and on-point. Most of my questions were answered during our first conversation and he laid-out very accurately the sequence of events to come. The attorney at closing was on-time and very accurate with all the paperwork. Thank you gentlemen and Penny Mac.
I uploaded requested documents a total of 3 times before Denny received them. The lady that was scheduled to come to my house did not show up (no call). I had to call to reschedule another appointment a week later. I was told there were no fees at time of closing the first time but when someone else showed up the second time I had approximately $38 in closing costs which I just noticed was a late fee for missing a regular payment (not necessary if original close date had taken place).
Easy to close on the home.
Everyone answered our questions in a timely fashion and were very helpful.
