Felt like the experience and the team were spot on. Completely painless and very quick turn around. Very happy. Only area I felt Penny Mac could improve was on the closing cost ... they seemed a high. We discussed Navy Federal because of the closing cost but overall we have really enjoyed the service, communication style, and supportive nature of all the folks we have worked with at Penny Mac so far. We stayed because of the customer service we have had during first few years and in the refinanc

Nathan Hoffman was horrendous to work with. Nathan Hoffman's communication skills were worse than a poor rating. Nathan's manager Jacob was a joke. Phone calls went to voicemail with no return calls/follow up for days. Emails went unanswered. FALSE information was provided. Worst experience we have EVER had. The ONLY person MUCH deserving of praise in this entire process was Jason Coleman. Without Jason nothing would have been accomplished and you would have most certainly lost us as customers.
