Joshua and Nathan were a great team. Joshua initiated the process and was able to get a interest rate that we had hoped for. Nathan went above and beyond to make sure the details were covered accurately and we knew what we were signing. Nathan was very patient and helped us through a few glitches that were on us and was kind and caring as we made some adjustments on our end to get things right. This is our second loan with PennyMac and we are very pleased with the quality of service!
