There was no communication with the mac team. Manager Jerod was no different. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life regarding service. The only thing that was good about my experience is Michael Ammari. My loan was canceled without me knowing, my closing disclosure change from one day to the next with no explanation. After contacting management thinking that would have changed the way things were, it got worst. If the head is bad what chance for the tail to be a
fast and easy. all details checked along the way, actually closed faster than expected

First of all, I started this refinance in February, before the pandemic, when it got to Nick Battens attention it was getting confusing, not to blame anyone, it was already in the category of herding cats. Nick made the difference to me, that I did not walk away from the loan, I knew if I stuck with it, Nick was going to make sure I was happy with it, and get it done.
