Very smooth and easy refinance!
Process went great from 1st phone call to final signing.
We had told we would be receiving a check upon closing for over $300. At closing we needed to pay $86? No explanation for change was given
Tried to communicate several times with loan officer no response left messages no response after several weeks heard from my Edna Allen one time and never again until recurved a confirmation for signing appointment. I realize these are trying times but to ignore someone for a lengthy time is unacceptable. I like your company but very unhappy with this experience
