Our refinance through PennyMac was great. They matched a rate we had been offered somewhere else, gave us a client retention bonus, and the entire process was the easiest we've ever had with a mortgage. Would definitely recommend.

We had told we would be receiving a check upon closing for over $300. At closing we needed to pay $86? No explanation for change was given

Tried to communicate several times with loan officer no response left messages no response after several weeks heard from my Edna Allen one time and never again until recurved a confirmation for signing appointment. I realize these are trying times but to ignore someone for a lengthy time is unacceptable. I like your company but very unhappy with this experience

First of all, I started this refinance in February, before the pandemic, when it got to Nick Battens attention it was getting confusing, not to blame anyone, it was already in the category of herding cats.
