I must say that my loan officer Diana Rogel was AWESOME!!! She is very PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGABLE and was COMMITTED till the end of closing. ALL of the issues was when our loan went to the MacTeam. No one was on the same page. I constantly got emails and calls saying I needed a 10 year home warranty and something else, simply because it was required for a different state on a loan they had previously processed. Honestly, the process with the MacTeam was horrible and WAS NOT enjoyable at all.
