It was a very easy process.
James Bruce helped me fill out ALL of the proper documents via a PennyMac portal. Joseph Kirleis, told me I had 2 missing documents on two occasions. Both documents were already submitted via the portal. He left me a third voicemail asking for the documents but, while he was leaving me the message, found them in my file! They were there all along. I didn't feel like he really looked very hard and incorrectly passed on the problem to me to fix. Makes me wonder what else was missed...
The Loan officer Mr. DeMasi and Mr. batten were the best and most honest and knowledgeable that I have ever seen/ PennMac hires the best people i Think.
