The whole process was easy and fast! It was perfect!
Always keeping me informed on what was going on.
Accurate paperwork at closing would have made it better. This was a simple VA Streamline loan and many attempts to get the escrow account corrected was still wrong at closing. I have spent several hours on the phone with PennyMac Customer Care (Both City Taxes and Insurance teams) to get this resolved. Since the escrow accounts were not calculated correctly, I have to pay more money out of pocket to fix the issues that the Loan Agent didn't fix. This is unacceptable! Very poor service!

Someone dropped the ball on several occasions, and I had to schedule closing 5 times to finally get it done. Even when we did finally sign paperwork and close, the paperwork did not match and there were inaccuracies in some of the forms, but we were so frustrated with everything, we just signed to get it over and done with.
