Team is so helpful
Provide a process map of who is involved, what happens 1st, 2d and 3d for the refinancing. By the way, the title company's point of contact was the CEO on paper but an agent, in reality. I did not have the agents name until day after closing and they were not available by phone at closing time (630pm EDT). Closing documents were missing 3day refusal notice, and mis- represented an existing easeway on the property.
Happy Easter! Thank you for your help in the refi and getting a low rate! In these difficult times, it was a good move to make.
