Everything was reallly good. The only thing that was a little annoying at First was that there were so many people contacting me at the same time, and I was a bit overwhelmed, but once I overcame that everything Went smoothly, thanks for everything.
Our refinance was way quicker than we expected. Steve Garcia and Denny, and the rest of the crew working on our loan were great to work with...from start to finish!!! The gal who came out to do the closing at our home was professional yet friendly as well. It has been a great experience overall, and have been telling friends about PennyMac so hope they'll give you a call too!!! :)

I was a good choice to work with Pennymac because their work was very outstanding and accurate according to the rates and apr. Also I was very happy because he gave me two months without making any house payment.
