I feel like I got robbed with the closing cost.
Friendly and courteous staff that were willing to go above and beyond to help with your needs and process of the loan and to make sure that you clearly understood everything an if you have any questions don't hesitate to ask them. The staff made sure you were satisfied with the loan and also called you to make sure everything was good to go.
Better communication from the loan processors and not getting multiple requests for the same documents all the time.
Good support for any questions or issues I had.

Very easy process and it was done in a timely manner
The loan folks were very professional. The valuation/appraisal process was quite another story. It was very unprofessional and would be the only reason I would have to not go with Penny Mac at another time.
