Great group, knowledeable, and friendly!!
Great group of people that got the loan done with customer centered focus.
Person assigned to my loan was very delayed in responses, asked for documents multiple times even if they had been uploaded to the e portal and was also terrible at confirming receipt of documents. One of the times I called PennyMac to follow up on my loan not moving forward and I was told that it was because my loan officer had failed to complete things are their end. Things just seemed very disorganized and tried to get a hold of someone to speak to was ridiculously impossible.
lack of communication, lack of accurate info, no return calls, nothing done in timely manner. I feel that penny mac did not offer me the best rate at first.
Great to work with and process was very easy.
We could not have done at better. The process surpassed our expectation.
I felt that Nathan was working with my interest in mind. We had to do a subordination and Nathan helped with extra effort to make it happen to my advantage.
It went well - I appreciated the PennyMac professionalism with the whole process.
