Great team
I received an email with information to refinance. I talked with loan officer who helped me with application at the begging of January. I submitted documents requested immediately. I did not hear about loan processing for several weeks. Finally I was informed that one document did not have name. I submitted document with name. Tried to call several times to loan processor. Could not talk with her. Time was of essence since two months locked rate was about to expire. Finally loan closed.
working with Nick was great. but working with the loan officer after nick, Lori Johnston, was a bit more painful as she requested the same docs from me several times and she took off on a date that was very critical for me after telling me that she'd call me and didn't. she also sounded very stressed every time I spoke to her. but she was respectful and courteous.

The process went smoothly, very smoothly. I never had questions that weren't answered quickly and accurately. There were no glitches. Great job.
