I want to give a big shout out to PennyMac and my agent/L.O. Christine Tucker which made this process form the beginning to the end smoothes as can be! Every question i had was answered right then, I never recieved the round around treatment. Most important thing of all (in my opinion) she made sure i knew what was going on every step of the way! I am trying to find out why there is a dollar amount on my yearly 1098 form for 2021. In block 5 Mortgage Insurance Premium there is a dollar amount of $885.77 and we DO NOT have mortgage insurance. Did you take that amount out of my impounds and pay someone? That box should be blank! I would appreciate an answer to my question, Thank you,
Jon was very patient and knowledgeable. He answered my questions promptly and laid out my options clearly and concisely.
They made my loan simple I already had a loan with them so the paperwork was minimal and I didn’t have to give them a lot of backup. Basically they did all the work.
