Great experience
Great communication and hard work to meet closing date
Austin was professional and helpful. He made me feel comfortable even when I had questions about what he was describing or asking. He never once talked down to me or made me feel unintelligent. He made himself available whenever I needed him to be. He was kind and walked me through everything very patiently. If I were to refinance again or make a request for a second mortgage, I would request if possible, for Austin to be my loan servicer.
The process was made simple and in a timely manner
Paul was very informative and easy to communicate with. All questions were answered timely and efficiently. All in all my experience was smooth like silk. Thank you for all you have done for me.
Sandi was great stayed on top of everything for me. We truly worked well together. First person filled something out wrong and she and I jumped threw the hoops to get back on track..
I want to give a big shout out to PennyMac and my agent/L.O. Christine Tucker which made this process form the beginning to the end smoothes as can be! Every question i had was answered right then, I never recieved the round around treatment. Most important thing of all (in my opinion) she made sure i knew what was going on every step of the way!
