STOP SENDING DAILY REQUESTS FOR SURVEYS, HOLY CRAP IT HAS BEEN MONTHS
Kyle was incredibly difficult to get a hold of. I had to make numerous phone calls to him and the team under him. If it wasn’t for the fact that I already had my original loan from PennyMac, I would of cancelled the whole thing and gone to a different company.
I was a bit frustrated going into my conversation with Austin and by the time Austin and I were done talking I was in a completely different mood. He was so helpful and took steps to help resolve my question I had not expected. I was grateful for his service!

The process was easy and we closed sooner than expected!
TONS of annoying follow up emails to take this stupid survey! Otherwise it was fine. Only taking this survey in hopes you quit emailing me 6 months later
