Going to the dentist is nothing I look forward to, especially because of the experiences I have had other places in the past. But at Penrod, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. I trusted the doctor and didn't feel like I was being ripped off.

I'm in the process of slowly replacing old fillings from the 1960's. Penrod Dental has accomondated my financial needs while restoring the most improtant teeth first. The entire office staff has been ao friendly and helpful in this process.Bonnie

sorry but how ever help me and check my xray seems having a hard time getting my x-ray and it took five times to get it right and feel like she was not sure what stuff she need to use for my mouth.. but overall the doctor help with my problem... thanks

I would have like her to stop cleaning periodically to rest my jaw, but otherwise, it was fine.

Kathleen, the office manager, was kind to listen to my concerns about seeing 3 different dentists in my first 3 visits, 2 different hygenists, seeming to want extensive x-rays on every visit and having equipment malfunctions on every visit. Kathleen listened carefully and laid out a plan for a more consistent experience, visit to visit. It is a nice office overall and I have my hopes.

At my last appointment, about a week ago, & as always, my experience at Dr. Penrod's office was very productive, positive, enjoyable & successful. I've been going to Dr. Penrod's for about six (6) years. I, also, drive about 15 miles, one way, which shows you how much I think of Him & his staff. There are a lot of dentists a lot closer than that. When I moved to this area in 2001, I had to find a new dentist. I have sensitiy when I floss on the last 2 fillings. I may need a rework.

Great visit with Nicole for x-rays and cleaning. However afterwards it was uncomfortable discussing other work with Dr Penrod. Seems like we have this same discussion every year.

Dr. Penrod turned a miserable experience into a pretty endurable one. Thanks for making me as comfortable as possible. So happy to have a GREAT dentist.
