Great treatment. Very poor billing procedures.
Very professional business, with excellent dentists, but somewhat uneven quality in hygenists.
Very nice people though, still the pricing is a tad expensive when you don't have insurance

Everyone is very firendly and they all do a wonderful job, but I find myself waiting at least 15 minutes after my appointment time to be called in.

Dental office is clean with nice staff and tv's at each chair to keep you occupied. Convenient location to home and great electronic appointment reminders.
Nice environment, lastest dental equipment and procedures. Dr. Penrod has a conserative approach when dealing with procedures, not pushy by any means.
