I thought that I would have the same hygienist each visit? That was what I understood when making the appointment back at the last visit.
The girl did a good job cleaning my teeth, but broke my bottom retainer, which is a bummer because now my mom has to buy a new one, but everyone seems real nice.
I thought that Cherie did a good job of cleaning my teeth plus she told me things about my mouth that no one else told me (lose of bone and that my front teeth were mobile).
I have no complaints--everyone was courteous and seemed to do their job well.
You may want to add only once a month Saturdays. We were not able to get appointment.
One criticism - I sometimes feel it's all about money.
Overall good experience although more attention needs to be paid to all details.
There is nothing to do, just keep everything the same.
I would refer everyone to your office.
