I read about a mustang with great pictures that I wanted to see at a fair price. I called and made an appointment and drove from Scottsdale to see this car. I even texted to confirm my appointment. It's insane that a dealership makes you wait over 3 .5 hours just for a oil change. Terrible terrible customer service. They obviously over book them selves
In response to Josh's answer to my review....you were misinformed of the entire scenario. I (Lily) not Joe, scheduled the service, dropped off the vehicle to which, Mike was not available due to him attending a meeting, so another associate accepted the vehicle. I may add this gentleman was nothing but professional and kind, however, we did not receive a call to and status report the following day as promised, I (Lily again) called on Friday and was told nothing as Mike was unavailable. I have never written a review in my life, this will be my first. A month or so ago Peoria Ford offered me 76k on trade for my truck. I did not end up buying at that time. On 5-12-2022 I called on an f450 truck, I was told the price was 111k and they repeated 76k trade for mine... come on down they said, so I did, I could make those numbers work. When I got there and waited an hour, the truck price was 116k (20k markup) and 68k trade (min trade on mine is $72k) MSRP on the new truck is $96,910. There is a banner hanging on th... read more

Had stock of a truck online. I called and spoke with them and they said they had two in stock and set an appointment with me to look at it. I come in and they don't have it and also say they have been sold out for a bout a year.
Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. After spending hours with Matt and the Assistant Manager (who acted as if we were great friends, thanked my husband for his current service in the US Army, and congratulated me on my pregnancy), they failed to advise me of any body damage to the 2019 Ford Expedition I purchased. This place is SHADY AF!!! The prices they list online and quote over the phone are lies! We called to verify price and availability of a truck, told them we were on our way to purchase the vehicle. They quoted us 7k over the sticker price. Hidden fees and "aftermarket upgrades". They refused to honor the price. We asked for our trade in keys back and they hesitated and asked why we were leaving. Because they are a lying shady AF dealership.
Bought a $121,000 Super Snake truck brand new form them. It was supposed to ship in an enclosed carrier, but arrived on the back of a carrier pulled by a pick up truck with a bunch of damage. Including tonneau cover ripped off and gone! Dealer blamed the carrier, who THEY hired and would do nothing for me. I bought vehicle January 14th, it is April 7th, my truck is still in the shop being fixed. Insurance of carrier covered original quote, but wont cover what was found after it was torn apart.
