9130 W Bell Road, Peoria Took my Crown Vic in for a oil change. Got suckered into a ridiculously high oil change..... $114.00 plus tax. Then a hour later I'm paying the service employee for the oil change and he breaks out this 3 page inspection paperwork telling me "you have some serious issues" I looked it over and saw that there was over $8800.00 dollars in recommended repairs. Ridiculous, if the service department operates like this I could only imagine what the sales department does to customers!! Lol Peoria Ford, you... read more

Worst dealership ever. If you want to get screwed on contracts, out of cash, have salesmen, managers, and finance flat out lie to you, this is the place. Trust gas station sushi or congressional politicians more than this place. They are unethical and crooked!!!!

So I take in to Peoria Ford my 2018 Ford F150 for a coolant leak and white smoke out the exhaust on a cold start. I was assigned a gentleman by the name of Johnny Starks. My truck was there for 10 days before they got to look at it which was understandable because of the over load of vehicles they have to deal with. When Johnny gave me the call and gave me the diagnostic it was the water pump and a hose that needed to be replaced, I did some research of my own on why these trucks have white smoke on a cold start. Upon my res... read more

This is the absolute worst dealership experience I've ever had. Took my car in for a routine oil change... got it back with flat tire. Got it towed the FIRST time!! Then, my car started freaking out and stalled (mind you this is a 2021). It stalled out in the middle of the road and in a parking lot. Took it back the SECOND time. They had my car for 11 days and I have to pay for a rental??? Got it back and apparently there is nothing wrong with it. The next day it stalled out AGAIN!! Took it back a THIRD time and they dropped... read more

The WORST ford. Please don't take your car here. Terrible communication. Rude employees. Everyone at the service desk are always "busy". Their not.

Truly, I shouldn't be surprised when there are nothing but one star reviews for this dealership. We went in on 8/24 and purchased a 2019 Tahoe. I was so excited! One of my dream mom cars. I was not expecting the never ending disaster that followed. After finishing all the paperwork (with three kids under the age of four) we went to go move car seats over and load up the kids. When I opened the trunk, a wire was hanging off the window that's responsible for defrosting the back window. Chris, our sales rep, said "no problem ... read more

Made an appt to have my AC fan looked at. They booked service for 830am on Monday and sent me a text confirmation . I dropped off the vehicle at their location the night before. Monday morning I called at 1100am for status and my service rep asked me what I wanted. Said the vehicle has not even been looked at and it may be a few days. I asked what was the appt for, the tech replied so it is in line for the service. He said this is reality. Everybody waits. The real reality is they lost a customer. I took it across the ... read more

So it's kind of weird situation. I bought a 2001 bronco from them and the whole experience was great except that the sales guy told me that the bronco I was purchasing was the 6 cylinder and come to find out 3 months later that that it's a 4 cylinder. I look at myself for not verifying the information but I feel lied too and taken advantage of. Regardless, I'm loving my bronco but can't help feeling swindled. I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle knowing it was a 4 cylinder.

Josh, Thank you for the follow up. But honestly, there is nothing you can say or do to earn our business back. Vehicles these days to way to expensive to warrant returning when the service is consistently this bad or non existent. It would serve you best if you stepped into the field and observed the process yourself. Your technicians are not performing services as I would assume are prescribed, rushing through the process or simply skipping procedures to safe time. You Customer service department has the audacity to speak t... read more
