I called and spoke to Chris Vincent at Peoria Ford. I told them I wanted to purchase their 2022 Tesla Model S Plaid. It was listed at $129900 and agreed to price of $125888. He said to lock it in, I needed to leave a $500 deposit. SO I DID, Immediately On July, 29 2002. They had me handle the financing which I did! If there was only a way to give zero stars. Do NOT take your car here for service. Overflow calls are sent to India. Service advisors have no clue what they are doing. Wrong parts ordered multiple times, lost key for months are just a couple of the issues.
This Ford Dealer like many others, adding huge markups to their sticker prices (telling me I should pay at least $15K over the MSRP ) even when they are posting a cheaper price online , just to bring people attention and play their game Ripping off Costumers. Like most of us, I am tired of paying $5 for gas so I started looking at Teslas. This dealer had a 2022 Model 3 Long Range All Wheel drive. Price online at Tesla is $57K without any upgrades, which is what the one at Ford is. I test drove it and loved it. We went into the store to talk numbers. I really tried to give this dealership a 2nd chance after they dooped us last time into coming all the way down for a truck that they said they had, but when we actually got there, they didn't. We ended up buying a brand new truck up the street a day later at a different dealership. Filled out credit app online bronco had a stock # and a vin# got a call from an online salesman and said how can I help you? I said the bronco I just applied for the loan on I'd like to buy it ..He said oh that's a customers special order it's not for sale! Why list if for sale unless you are trying to bait people !!! I bought a Ford F250 super duty power stroke in 2019 from Peoria Ford. I have an extended warranty that I Independently purchased. I'm on month two of my story. No supply chain issues, no backordered parts. I want to start this review before I get my truck back because I would love to report a happy ending. But after reading reviews I'm not optimistic. Let's see how this ends. You will not believe it... Or maybe you will. Peoria Ford, do the right thing.
If I could give zero stars I would the manager left me waiting outside and 100° weather for over an hour did not even shake my hand or look me in the eyes didn't give me more than two seconds of his time and basically told me to fuck off was absolutely rude demeaning condescending and wasted my time not good business who doesn't even shake a hand will never ever ever recommend this place to anybody
