0 stars. 5 months ago we came to this dealership and traded in a vehicle with positive equity in it for a 2019 Silverado. Our only stipulation was that we didn't want to walk out the door underwater. They assured us we would not be. After hours of negotiations we walked out the door with the paperwork and keys in hand at 10pm. The next morning we reviewed the paperwork and realized we paid $14,000 more than what we should have. We came back the next day to speak with finance and there was nothing they could do. Fast forward ... read more

Just an update Got a email from Ron the General mgr. And Beverly from customer relations about my experience. I took the time to call them both back to tell them my experience. I left a message but they both ghosted me. Obviously this was something they wanted to put in writing to show the public that they care. I wonder if they are going to put replacements of the turbo on the car fax report ? BEWARE

Buyer beware the price on the window sticker isn't the selling price. After a test drive , the salesman upped the price $15,000. Said that's the market today, and ..his words.. besides it's a bronco. Having bought a car a few months ago from an awesome dealership down the street from them I know that's not how its handled. Maybe I'm old school, but feel it's very deceiving and will never give them our business.

I bought a 2020 ford fusion hybrid titanium from this dealer on or about June 3, 2021 ($32,000). Part of the agreements was they would change out the tires to the correct tires and replace the pads and rotors on the front and rear of the car because they were no longer good. Both the finance manager Andre and another manager Mike Roush never lived up to their written and verbal contract(agreement)!!!! They kept trying to make plans to have me come back in during times that they knew I worked to try and put me off to where I ... read more

For starters I purchased a jeep wrangler from them on 7/10/2022 made the gentleman aware the windshield was cracked stated it had been filled and shouldn't crack more.. Not even a week later the check engine light turned on as well as the breaks squeaking. I took it in and they took it to keep they called me to let me know they couldn't find anything wrong with it and had me pick it up. Then the same night I did pick it up it turned back on I then dropped it off again and made them aware the breaks were still squeaking. No... read more

Just cuz an update. Never heard back from the lady in charge of customer service at Peoria Ford after my initial call. Just got back from taking my truck to SANDERSON FORD. What a night and day difference. Peoria Ford should be investigated.

Went to buy a new Ford, and after a pleasant time with the salesman, we reached a price. He got it approved in writing "from the sales manager". Went to finance to sign the papers, and found they had jacked up the price by $3,000. I told them that was not the price we agreed on, in writing. I got a smart a snicker and grin, and was told that this was the price. Period. I scratched out the contract and left. Never to return.

I used them before when Adam was a Service Writer and was very Happy. Adam is gone so I dealt with McKenzie. I told her I received an email from Ford that I earned enough for a Complete Service and that there was a Recall on my truck. I dropped it off at 7:00am and at 1:19pm called and was told it was ready. When I picked up my truck I was charged $343.74 for the service and the recall was not addressed. The next day I called at 2:13pm and LM for the service manager Mike to call me back. I was told 15-20 minutes. at 3:38pm I... read more

Update on my review below. .. It's been nearly two months since my vehicle purchase and Lojack is still not enabled. I have called an emailed Lojack and the dealer finance dept multiple times. Lojack emailed saying the issue is on the deler's end and that the dealership needs to reprocess the sale. Finance does not return calls. I called 3 days in a row, twice daily, and finance claims they did not receive any messages. I spoke with three different receptionist across those three days. What's the chances that not one of thos... read more
