This was my third time buying a vehicle from this dealership and it will be MY LAST!!!. Communication was good up to the sale and then communication just stopped. We had a few repairs negotiated in the sale of the deal but when it came time to follow up on their part, it was silent. Clearly from the ratings your should not go here. Chris should learn to speak to people with manners. Don't know know if he just was never trained on people skills or if he honestly thinks that highly of him self to go around talking to people as if they weren't worth his time. I would look elsewhere and save your self time and energy.
If I could give zero stars I would. This passed weekend Sunday October 30th. I along with my child (without my husband, relevant to our experience) accompanied my parents to Peoria Ford, as my mom WAS interested in a new vehicle. A 2022 Yellow Bronco Sport. This Ford Dealership is a so corrupt. For 2 weeks they had a Shelby Mustang on their website for $47k I requested the their website term " Today's ePrice" Twice. I never received one. I finally started the online purchase. I was told the Yellow Shelby Mustang wasn't available at $47k but it is for $147k. They through every piece of garbage excuses. It's a Golden Ticket Mustang. These people are a joke and should be prosecuted for bait and switch. My advice to any potential Buyers from this Dealership, STAY away!!
First, when I called Mackenzie answered, she's was a bit rude but never the less set my appointment. I dropped my car off on a Tuesday night.. didn't hear a thing until I called the following Monday. When I did call I was told Mackenzie was off and no one else could help me. When I pushed a little more he said all he could tell me was my car was back with the tech and she would call me tomorrow. They advertise on their web site the price as MSRP and then they add on 20k over MSRP when they send you the deal for an F series. This was commercial fleet sales. How can a company that needs a truck survive when the dealer is adding such exorbitant amounts over MSRP. They say the price on line was not their responsibility. Deception that should be ended.
Bad Business!! I ordered a Ford Maverick XL Supercrew on 1/19/22. I stopped a few months ago to see where we were in the process and they said they were having problems getting chips and would let me know when it comes in. On 9/26/22 I stopped in again and they said I never ordered it I produced the paperwork and then they said i ordered it after the sales were closed. Horrendous customer service! This place is rated 2 stars on yelp for a reason. I had to chase down the branch manager Rob Hubler to inquire about a new F-150 they had in stock. After hours of waiting, I got a one word response then he punted me off to an internet sales rep. -100 stars for this Dealership and their salesmen Shea Hammond and his team. Our vehicle was totaled after a car accident that was found to be not our fault. We originally had 2014 Toyota Tacoma Sr5, with 135,000 miles which we worked hard for and kept up with maintenance and even more. It was valued at over $23,000 and we only got 5,000 after covering the rest of what we owed. We bought that truck for about 30,000 and our insurance adjuster said it was in perfect condition.
