Yesterday I went and they tried to cheating by selling a car at a price different from what it is on their website. For everyone who wants to buy from them, pay attention to their prices very well.
If I could rate lower than a one star I would without question. This place is full of people who are just out to get paid and couldn't care less for the people they are sitting in front of. I applied for a vehicle (my credit isn't great and even with my mom cosigner I knew it was a long shot.) This was the worst and unprofessional service I've ever received my car had 300 miles until the warranty end and paul Watz treated me like shit keep in mind I have purchased 4 cars from them over the years. I emailed his manager and called they screened my calls and he never replied his name is Emilio Tapia. I also have referred 20 plus families to them never again go to Scottsdale Nissan a great team excellent customer service.
I managed to get ripped off by over $1000. Here's why they make you wait so long when you buy a car. So that you will sign your paperwork faster. My sales guy, Walter, was great. But the finance guy, Mark? He got one by me with slight of hand and by making me sit in his office for, literally, hours. He got me to sign a paper agreeing to pay over $1000 for a paint protection thing called Zaktek. If you see that word on your documents, read the document. Very poor customer service . After a month I still haven't gotten my contract mailed to me . Called the sales person Walter at least 3 times and texting back and forth just a run around . When I went there in person and waited I finally got a partial contract with no answers . The deal wasn't what we agreed upon. we paid 23000.00 cash the only ones that are happy is the dealership. I must say the used car manager Ricky is amazing, to bad he doesn't work for another dealership considering we will never step foot in Peoria Nissan again. The Finacne Department is horrible. The manager Vlad is condescending and Mark screwed up my sons paperwork. Trying to have them fix it is not possible. Tim Ianos, our sales associate, was amazing. He deserves 5+ stars. Sweet, knowledgeable & honest. In fact, we ended up buying our car based on his service & attention to detail. However, his sales manager was despicable & unethical. Wanted to rip up our deal/contract because we asked them for a trunk liner that usually comes standard. Crazy ask, right?! BUYER BEWARE!! I cannot say anything positive about this dealership and the experience we have had. My son got a vehicle from this dealership for his birthday, we had the car 1 week (barely) and there were multiple problems with the car. Took it back, was told by the dealership that the issues were "fixed." We had it 2 days, same problems, took it back again.
