About this business

When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

My husband and I currently own a Nissan and have been thinking about possibly upgrading / trade in at some point in the later future. We had some free time and just wanted to look at some newer models. JUST LOOK. We no sooner step out of our car and and with in seconds we are already greeted by someone. Which is fine and to be expected. He attempted to get us to go into the show room to show us some Murano models they had inside I told him we just wanted to look. He said ok and we went on our to check out the Muranos outside... read more

Everyone told me not to go to this dealership, and I should have listened. The second day of owning this car, it wouldn't start. I looked under the hood and realized the battery cables hadn't been tightened down. I fixed it, then called the service department to ask them about it. The man said "if you can't figure it out bring it in and we'll tighten it for you". I said that's not really the point, I want to know how something so simple was overlooked. He couldn't give me an answer, then we hung up. 1 month later, it starts ... read more

The manager here is crooked along with most of the staff. Not to mention the cars they try to sell are just as unreliable as the staff. The manager will say anything for an extra dollar, Worst experience ever. try going up the street for kia for a car or litteraly any other dealership. * the used car i bought that they supposedly cleaned also had a bullet and trash showed in the corners between the seats *

Took our 2017 pathfinder there for oil changes for a few years, and will never go back. One time an employee called us while they had our car for maintenance and insisted we needed new tires. We said we were open to the possibility, but did not give permission to change them out, telling them we'd discuss it when we got there. We then talked to another employee that we usually deal with, and he told us no way we had plenty of life left on our tires. He was very honest to work with and we agreed on waiting. Well the first guy... read more

I just went to this dealer to get a car that my husband can do for Lyft, looking for a used car, for 10k, he puts a lot of miles on it so we don't want anything to expensive, that we can pay off in a couple years and get another one. We didn't like anything so we were going to leave until the Sales Manager Travis came over and wanted us to look at this car that is around the price we wanted.. not telling us what it actually was. He took us to a back lot that had cars that have not been inspected or cleaned and showed us a li... read more

I am in the market for a new/used car. I am reading these reviews here and and amazed how a company can continue to acknowledge and apologize to the reviewer, but 90% of the reviews are 1 star. So at what point don't they do an overhaul of these managers/staff who are making lives miserable for customers?? I need a car but don't want to be subjected to this kind of experience I'm reading. I will go elsewhere.

I was there over thrle weekend to help my mother trade in her old car and everything was going well until this guy showed up, the finance manager, completely unprofessional, I was making sure my mother felt confortable since English is not her first language and when I asked a question he was rude and impolite to me. I would never do business with a guy like that.

Beware - I let them install a cabin filter $100???? Got screwed-watch out for them. My fault. Was in a hurry and they led with engine air filter. Single woman beware. Follow-up. Called the 1-800 Nissan Customer number. Officially opened a complaint against service department. Advised to by my Nissan Dealer in Michigan .
