When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

We are in a large city with many options for buying/selling/leasing vehicles. Do yourself a favor. Find a different one. Our customer experience was absolutely terrible. I stopped at Peoria Nissan in late February to look at a used Nissan Juke. I was looking for a reliable car that got good gas mileage. A kind salesman named Dima came to the lot to help. He is a very polite young man and showed me the EV Nissan Leaf and told me a bit about the lease deal going on. It sounded like a perfect fit. A payment in our budget and ... read more
Do not go to Peoria Nissan. Warranty Radio wrong one ordered. Or part not checked before appointment. Did not wash vehicle, or vacume, did not call back with information about wrong part. Took Nissan 2019 Frontier in at 8:00 AM. Was given a time of 2 hrs window called back at 12:00 only to find out wrong part. Peoria Nissan played blame game on Panasonic. Offered oil change for inconvenient. Just received an Oil Change at Big O Tire nothing wrong with 2019 Nissan that has 38,000 miles. Peoria Nissan wanted $ 1,300.00 for in... read more
They have the worst and most disorganized service dept. I was told to bring my truck in to bed serviced by the main nissan head quarters and was told I would have a rental waiting for me. This is now the second day in a row that I'm late for work and not given any compensation for it. DON'T go to this place they suck.
I went to Peoria Nissan following up on a web offer that they ran. When I attempt to purchase the vehicle, they bait & switched me on the deal. When I called them out on it, they said that they made a mistake and couldn't sell it so cheap. There was only a couple of thousand dollars in between where they said they could be and where they advertised that they could offer . They continue to bug me on a daily basis trying to change my mind on buying at the elevated price point. If they can't follow through on advertised price,... read more
The worst dealership EVER!! BUYERS forewarn, make sure you read all reviews on this dealership before you buy a car from this dealership! If i could rate them a negative 0 on here, i would!! They're really good about hounding you when you're considering buying a car. But, the minute you have a issue or expect cash refund... CRICKETS!!
If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a used car from Peoria in July and the head gasket blew out in November. Keep your money and go somewhere else anywhere is better than this place.
SO DISAPPOINTED!!! :((( I debated between taking my car to Peoria Nissan vs an independent detailer in Phoenix who was about $80 cheaper. I chose Peoria Nissan because I believed I could trust them to do a job worth the $198 that I (almost) paid. My friend dropped the car off at 7 am and I picked it up around 4:00. They sent an Uber to pick me up, which I do appreciate. But when I got to the dealership, I checked out and paid and then went to my car and at first I only noticed the seats... but then after looking around I ... read more
Please do not buy a vehicle from this location. l was sold the extended warranty up to a hundred thousand miles. Carpeting needed to be replaced and then they said it was normal wear and tear. Never buy the extended warranty you can get it for aftermarket. Peoria Nissan also told me that I needed a tire repair which would have cost me $173 at their location. Went to Discount Tire and the tire was repaired at no charge. I believe the store is owned by Warren Buffett and unfortunately they do not stand behind their warranties... read more
Worst place to do business, very deceptive in their negotiating, always hiding and manipulating numbers to get more gross. Profit
