About this business

When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Tar your business somewhere that doesn't try to cheat you to make a dollar. They hope you are stupid or not paying attention to catch the additional charges they add to your bottom line and then try to make it your fault. They think by making wait for hours or changing staff you will somehow not remember what was agreed to me just slip an additional $2000 to your bottom line

Worst experience ever buying a car. Corruption at its best. No accountability. Do not honor their agreements, charge you for items you do not want and tell them you don't want but add it in your final numbers and when you question it or ask them to justify it they state that they are losing money on their advertised price and some how that is the customers fault The sales director would not give us his card nor would they shred the papers after we decided not to purchase because they would NOT honor the agreement that t... read more

Do not go here. If I could they would get zero stars. Waste of my time. Was told after being there 2 months prior and declined my price but low and behold I get a text from Eddie the sales rep that I had seen previous. So ok made apt on my very rare day off to go down there thinking I would drive away in a new car. That wasn't the case. I was lied to. Spent 2 hours down there negotiating when I was told one thing via text and via a letter I received a quote for over a hundred dollars more. What a joke. I also have a 2018 Alt... read more

I have a 2020 Nissan Murano. I called the service department regarding a fuse question. Al was not only unable to answer my question but basically refused and then said, "Good luck with that." I didn't find it as amusing as Al did. He didn't even say come on in and we'll take a look at it. He has a smile in his voice as he wished me luck. It is a shame Nissan doesn't have more knowledgeable employees that actually have initiative to solve problems. I will be buying my son a car soon. Guess what male won't be considered? Yep!... read more

ALL TALK - NO ACTION! Not sure what happened to the customer care at Peoria Nissan, as it used to be awesome. They made an error on my contract of $1600 and it went to a collection agency. They paid $1100, and left me with $500. After a YEAR of trying to get this resolved and monthly calls from the collection agency, even the collection agency believes they made a mistake and owed the money, not me. I have called, emailed and even gone in unannounced, and yet no one can help me. The management team is out to lunch, in a m... read more

Truly the worst experience buying a truck. These guys are rude and unprofessional. They say they'll return your call immediately, and then you'll go days without hearing from them. The salesmen were constantly over promising, and consistently under delivering. We were given at least five arbitrary dates for when our truck would arrive, and every single time, that day came and went without as much as a phone call or an apology. Save your breath trying to complain to the manager because he's as much of a jerk as all the salesm... read more

I purchased a 2015 Rogue from Peoria Nissan on February 2020. I love my Rogue but these guys are awful. They will rip you off any chance they get.

My father and I were sold a 2012 Nissan Murano at the beginning of February 2021. Now as of April 28th, 2021 our car is in the shop for a week due to the radiator blowing, all spark plugs & coils are burnt to hell as well. Over $2,200 in fees to fix, and a week for both of us without work! This car hadn't been serviced in years. Absolutely astonished that they could sell a 63 year old man with serious medical issues and a 23 year old woman who was recovering from a head on collision, bed bound for months a BROKEN CAR. Our e... read more

Scheduled an appointment for a car wash. i arrived promptly at the appointment time only to be told was told I would have to wait 45 minutes for them to start washing the car because so many other people (Without an appointment ) were ahead of me. What's the point of going to the trouble of making an appointment? Obviously poor or no management and no regard for the customer.
