About this business

When you need a part, you have two choices for replacements. They are Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts and aftermarket parts. OEM parts are available through certified dealerships, while aftermarket parts are commonly found at independent repair shops. While aftermarket parts may entice customers for their lower price, you're much better off getting OEM parts. Whether you need a replacement fender, mirror, or mechanical component, here are some reasons to visit us for OEM parts.

I've been to alot of Nissans before and by far this one is the worst! I spent alot of money here getting my heater fixed. The technician they have there is lazy and rather than figure out why my heater doesn't work, he'd rather install all new parts that could be wrong with my heater rather than checking which part was the bad one. They said I had 2 bad actuators which I was aware I have one bad open door actuator. What was not bad was the control valve in the hood but made me replace it. The more they replace the better com... read more

Well Peoria Nissan got me again. Sold me Zaktec to maintain the paint and interior of my vehicle. Well I call to schedule this application of who knows what and I was told that they don't detail the vehicle and if I don't do it before I bring it in they will seal whatever is on the paint. Wow $1700 for a product they clearly shouldn't be using. Do not purchase this product. They will not refund your money.

My husband and I went to Peoria Nissan today to look at a Tahoe they had for sale. We called ahead and spoke with Tim he stated yes the vehicle was there and come on over. We jumped in the car and drove over. When we walked up to the vehicle you can see a large hole in the dash of vehicle. The hole was approximately 8" long and 10" wide, located right in front of the steering wheel. The vehicle has also hit something since the paint from the other object was all over the front bumper. The inside of the vehicle smelled ... read more

Terrible high pressure and questionable tactics. I'd recommend against going here, but force the. To show you the sticker up front and agree to honor your prearranged financing of you so. It's sad how much more pleasant literally every other car buying experience in my nearly 50 years of car buying was more pleasant than this. I should have left, and honestly, other than being tired and having a terrible headache, I don't know why I didn't walk away; I have at other dealerships. I wish I had. Spare yourself my pain.

If I could select 0 stars for this dealership, I would. This dealership is unethical, they lie apparently to many customers and apparently they are consistent in their lies as I will note below. They do not follow through and they definitely do not call you back or service you on the contract upgrade purchases. I have seen mentioned in other complaints when buying a used car that they are certified preowned (which they charge you for) When you ask for a second key fob, you are told there was only one key fob and that I would... read more

I went into Peoria Nissan to complete a sale as a cosigner for my son. I was told the previous day that the car my son purchased was a certified preowned. It was never owned by anyone and was used by the dealership to take customers on test drives etc. when I asked for a second key fob, I was told there was only one key fob and that I would have to purchase it on my own. I was ask why there was only one key fob and was lied to and told that the previous owner never returned it ( even though I was told previously that no on... read more

WOW, " read this before purchasing a car here" ** buyer beware** I have never dealt with such a horrible and crooked car dealership. The manager's that I dealt with are a joke . They are all talk. they tell you one thing then turn around and lie to your face . Eric, who I talk to is a joke! He is a poor excuse for a manager. From the conversation we had he knew that he has been selling bad and unreliable cars to good people . We saw a 2016 Nissan Altima "the car was beat up little car". The car had a huge crack in the windo... read more

This Nissan location is 110% committed to DEFRAUDING their customers do not buy a car from here read the reviews there are hundreds of us that have been defrauded I don't want this happening to anybody else. They buy beat up cars make them seem like they are brand new but in reality they just have Band-Aids were we are looking. Once you get out the car lot all those problems just became yours. They make you sign a arbitration contract to guarantee they won't get sued once you figure out everything that is wrong with the car.... read more
