We needed to do a re-finance and we went on line to see what to do...We were called from Perennial Funding and in about only 45 minutes on the phone we were given VERY good news.....We were able to do this at home on our computer..the process went extremely well.. However, aside from all the clerical work that needed to be done the greatest blessing was the staff that we dealt with..they were truly amazing..helpful and knowledgeable. I had attempted to refinance my house back in October 2016, it did not go well. When I was contacted by Perennial Funding I was skeptical. Was I wrong, Collin was great to work with and walked me through every step like a true professional.
I had dreaded refinancing for 3 years and was recommended Ryan through my parents. I always worried about all the paperwork, appraiser, and so on, but it was smooth and easy. He got us a great percentage and we were able to skip a couple of months of mortgage payments, which allowed us to bank that money. Highly Recommended!
