Excellent experience! Easily reachable by phone or email, and Charles responded quickly to all of my questions. He beat a nationally known lender rate by 0.5% and closing costs were almost 75% lower! The process could not have been easier or faster working with Charles and the Perennial Funding LLC team. I have no reservations on recommending Charles and his team to any friends/relatives and will surely reach out to him in the future for any of my lending needs!

Jacob was extremely helpful and friendly. He gave me great advice and was available every time I called, once I told him the house i wanted he got the ball rolling right away. Great experience for my first time buying a home
