I have nothing but great things to say about Collin. I have never met him in person but I was so glad that he was there to help me. I had gone through this process before and from what I could remember it was a daunting task. That was the main reason that I was hesitating to do it again. Collin was very kind and understanding. Michael Staples, my loan officer, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He looked out for me every step of the way during the loan process. Michael advised me on the loan that worked best for me. He did an amazing job. Michael always took the time to explain things to me in a way that allowed me to make the best decisions for me personally. I would recommend him to my family, friend, church family and co-worker. Amazing job! Michael you represented your company in a positive and a professional manner.

Mr. Staple's made the Refinance process a walk in the park. Kept me very informed through the whole process. We were able to close on the Refinance in less then 3weeks. Thank you Michael Staple's.

I would totally do this all over again with Collin. He was so patient and kind to work with. He would return phone calls and e-mails very promptly. He made me feel like I was a priority not just another person he had to deal with. Extremely helpful and he was full of information that I had questions about. It was just a wonderful experience with something that I normally hate to have to deal with. He made the process seamless.

I had the best expiriance with Jacob he did everything he said it would, he explained everything perfectly, he was there for me when ever I had a question always there to help made the hole process easy and on time. Thank you again Jacob.

Ryan was the best! He went above and beyond . His expertise assisted us in razing our credit scores so we could qualify for the mortgage . It was not a short process but he was with us every step of the way. What a great guy! This was the second mortgage that we went through with Perennial. They really made it painless and helped every step of the process . I highly recommend them to everyone, especially to those who have a not so spectacular credit score. They can help!

My Loan Officer Ryan Lewis Christiansen was awesome, he did everything in his power to explain the refinancing process in my terms to make it easy.
