Chaucer Park at Perennial Funding LLC did a great job securing our loan with UWM. He explained everything to us in a way we could understand and kept us in the loop by calling us daily with any news we needed to know. Our loan closed within 2 weeks from start to finish! Ryan was very helpful through out the process, It was rocky at the beginning cause Ryan is a very fast talker but he will always ask if their where any question or concern. He will always answer in a timely fashion through emails. Also if he didn't know he would find out and get back to you.

I strongly believe that the Perennial Funding LLC is hiring the right candidate. He is an outstanding and knowledgable person I have ever met. His name is Chaucer Park. I was going through the very intimidating process of buying my first home. Ryan was absolutely incredible throughout the entire process. I received a cold call from Mr. Funesti that I happen to answer. After talking with him, I decide to give him my business to purchase a home to down size. I gave him my business because I felt he was straight to the point with me, "which I like". He gave me the bad as well as the good. He has been true to his word from day one. He was also available to me while on vacation if needed. I closed 7/17/17 and would have no problem referring Mr. Funesti or utilizing him on future transactions.

Ryan is the best. We had damaged credit and found ourselves in urgent need of a new home due to a job change/relocation.
