I search around for the best deal going, had about 5 different offers.. No other offers could compare to Jake's.. he understood exactly what I wanted and help me to obtain it. Everything went so smooth. All of my questions were answered and we had no issues!! Documents were easy to send. The flow of information just went back and forth. We were able to find a program that worked for us and allowed us the opportunity to accomplish what we needed to do. We had no concerns about the process and we we had no concerns through out the process.

I had not refinanced a loan for many years, but I remembered what an intrusive and tedious process it could be. Josh Matukonis is knowledgeable and professional concerning mortgages. He understands the nuances of the loan process, and is conscientious about attempting to save his client's money. With his expertise, I saved a large amount of money on my monthly payment. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Ryan and Perrenial Funding. Ryan was prompt, responsive, friendly, and professional. It was clear that Ryan has much expertise in his field and is willing to work extremely hard for his clients. Not only did he support us in every step of our loan process, but he attended our closing to make sure everything went smoothly. Ryan Christiansen provide unbelievable service in processing the loan. Ryan kept us appraised at each step of the process then followed up after we made a submittal. Ryan was the primary reason we went with Perennial Finance.
