Collin was our lemonade! Applying for a mortgage can be daunting, to say the least. Applying for a VA mortgage, being self-employed and my husband being retired, added a whole new dimension to the process. We are in a situation where we "inherited" out two young grandchildren. Ryan kept me updated on the process the entire time. At each step in the process, Ryan explained what was needed from me. The online system was also very good at keeping which documents were needed in order.

John McDonald with Perennial Funding is the best. He is what you need whether first time financing or refinancing. He is knowledgeable and always there for you as support or to answer questions. His help was crucial in seeing us through a difficult refinance. I am retired now but if we are ever in need again of mortgage financing John will be at the top of our list to call, and he should be at the top of yours also.

Ryan was excellent with the whole process he talked with me at all lures of the night and even weekends he talked with us and we Ryan was prompt with getting paper work over to us to fill out for our home purchase .

Working with Mr. Christiansen was an absolute breeze. He was very thorough, accommodating, and patient working with my fiancé and I as we purchased our first home. Fantastic! He was knowledgeable and the great thing was if we had a question, Colin would get back to me in less then a day. he processed everything in a quick time. I wouldn't have any problem using him again in any situation. Thanks Collin.

Dan was very professional and explaining the process so I could understand the refi process. And how I could consolidate my debt into one payment and the process was don in a very short time I would highly recommend Dan to my friends and co-workers. It was a pleasure working with Dan

My experience with Dan in the refi of our house at a very difficult time in my life gave me hope and he helped me more than he will ever know. He went to bat for me and worked to figure out a way to navigate some conditions that were just to horrible to explain. He earned my friendship and trust and I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to deal with someone with honor and charity and just a great person!
